Fantastic service and I love my new shutter blinds. I have always had roller blinds and vertical blinds over the years from 5*. However I decided on updating my living room with shutters. I want to thank the guys that work here. I popped in while walking home after work to enquire how much they charge for various blind spares (weights and chains really - the dog got caught in them and snapped the chain and chewed the weight after they subsequent dropped out...).They guy in there was really helpful and when I asked the price he said he wouldn't charge! I tried to say of course I would pay, but he insisted..What can I can say, I went in to pay for an item and ended up without doing so.I gotta say it threw me, but the staff were very pleasant.In addition, while I was in there I noticed they have some really nice looking vertical blinds and will definitely go soon as we are due go a new set..Overall, great staff, great blinds!

This is the 3rd time I've used five star blinds and I cannot fault them. People are always commenting on my blinds saying how nice they look and asking where I purchased them from. I was very pleased with the service, choice, quality, fitting and price.Very polite man came to show me a wide range of blinds and he obviously knew his stuff! Denise ,We have already agreed that you entered the measurments wrong , you entered them in inches and not cms , our website has only ever asked for measurements in Cms not Inches. Im quite upset with this review as we gave you a full refund even though it was not our fault and had to put up with your abusive messages on Christmas eve.

Blinds are good but unfortunately the customer service could be better. We had to chase several times as material was delayed. No courtesy call to explain this. Second visit with kitchen they brought blinds that were the wrong size. Chased this week as we'd heard nothing for weeks. Hate leaving negative reviews but feel very let down by the service. No apology or anything from the office staff when I raised when paying. The chap that fitted the final blinds was very good, but the admin person taking payment was not interested.

Placed order on the 25th November nothing received. Tried to send an email and keep getting unknow domain error like its a fake address.Called chasing the order on 3rd December and was told it will be sent out that day. Its now the 9th December and nothing has arrived yet.....Thats 14 days nothing arrived!!!Wish i had purchased from somewhere else.

Had a very simple problem in that one of the cords was too short for my wife (who is small) to reach. Office staff say they can't do anything about it even though their employee made the measurements. (Excuse it's against the law to make the cord longer!) Fitter still present and equally clueless and unable to do anything. Office staff are rude, aggressive and defensive. Basic tactic is to talk incessantly and not listen to a word. After the fitter left I solved the problem myself in 10 minutes.I could not recommend this company under any circumstances. The aggravation caused my wife to have an angina attack so I hope the women in the office are proud of themselves.When I had a problem with a blind fitted by Hillary's 2 years after installation Noel, the fitter, came back and fixed it FOC. That's what I call service: so go to Hillary's.Would give no stars but this review won't allow it.

Would give no stars if I could. Rude staff, they become defensive if you ask them a simple question. Very misleading people who are unreliable. They tell you one thing and do the opposite. When you question them, they become defensive. The girl i spoke today had no customer service skills at all. No manners at all. Please save yourself and go with a reliable company.

Had vertical blinds fitted in various rooms. Venetian blinds that were fitted in dining room bent after 18 months of having them. Rang them up were very unhelpful as guatantee only for 12 months. Blinds are now bent like the company. Do not come here go to hilarys blinds where the quality is better.

Shocking service! Lad who turned up smelt of beer....the business is twisted! Have a look at The review by Chelsie Kinsley then google search the director of this company.....oh, mr kinsley! Talk about getting people to try and make the company look good! They haven't got the sense to change the surname! where do I start?Ordered online slats for a recessed French patio doors. Only slats needed no tracks. Easy enough order? Should have been but error after error starting with- Their online site had teething probs and kept converting my measurements to cm from inches. I wasn't to know this until I received my order but this happened in the meantime:1st delivery arrived but was for a completely different customer (who received my order)The manager was nice and tried to sort.2nd delivery - a repeat of the first. Another order for a different customer who received again my blinds. He thought the service was awful. I thought it's an easy mistake to make.Again staff apologised and promised to send my order3rd delivery - received order but they were 72cms ie shorter than a walking stick (nb they were 27 slats ordered for French doors the person making them should have picked this up)Again rang the office manager who apologised and assured me that they would rectify and send another set of complimentary blinds for any window of my choice.'Lets get this right first and thank you' I replied4th delivery - blinds received and the person cutting them made them 2inches shorter than what I had ordered assuming I hadn't allowed for the recess so I had swinging blinds which after a few weeks had to be removed as my daschund thought it was to rest his head on them and got his neck tangled.Rang requesting replacements 5 months after original order.Before 5th delivery - I sent a msg asking if the staff had the correct measurements or did they need me to give them again. Was told they had everything.5th delivery what did I receive ? Short blinds again. With Xmas round the corner you can only imagine my upset.I have asked for the owner to contact me and sort but so far no response which is very disappointing.This company have my money and I still don't have any blinds.I am hoping this review allows them to rectify a few simple mistakes otherwise I will have to consider legal actionSo far 5star blinds - have fallen well below even a 1 star service 🙁

Well, where do we start?...the van pulled up and I thought it was a well established company.The lad came in and measured up but rather than speak to me he spoke to his mate on the phone about the night he had before,....I am not too sure if he had beendrinking or taken drugs before measuring up as I had to give him the measurements as he was miles out!I will not be letting anyone from this company anywhere near my house!
